We had an absolutely super day at Pekapeka Regional Park today! The Wetlands were fascinating and the scenery stunning. We can't wait to share what we learned so keep checking in regularly. Please click and enjoy some of our photos from the day. It was really special to have the opportunity to plant some native flax at Pekapeka and leave something for others to enjoy behind. Did you know that tomorrow is Arbour Day?
Thanks so much to all the Mums and other helpers who came with us - you are awesome!

ReplyDeleteHi Room 10, thanks for letting me come on your school trip to the Wetlands. I had never been there before and several of you taught me some interesting new facts, which you had obviously learnt in your research before you even went on the trip. I was really impressed by the entire classes good behaviour too. Well done all on a successful trip. :) Pip - Bianca's Mum
