What is a fruit and what is a vegetable?
We checked the dictionary definition and looked at the characteristics of some fruits and veges. We cut some up and had a good look inside them. We found out that most fruits are vegetables but not all vegetables are fruit!

Wow guys what nice neat writing you all have and I love how some of you made the fruit happy. I love to eat fruit I remember being young and hiding under the feijoa eating them till I was ready to burst.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know what feijoas were until I moved to the North Island. I had never seen them or tasted them before and guess what? Now they are one of my most favourite fruits! I can't wait till feijoa season!
