Team 2: Great start to swimming today!

Well done to all the Team 2 tamariki who came prepared for swimming today with their togs and towels. Ka mau te wehi!  The smiles were a mile wide and EVERYONE enjoyed their session.
Remember you need to have them every day. There were a couple of issues with clothing but it was easy to sort because it had been named. Please check everything is named. We are taking nearly 100 kids to the pool and they need to be able to manage themselves. This is a really valuable life skill too! Thanks to those parents who have paid, please do so by the end of this week if you have not yet paid.
What did you enjoy at swimming today? What would you like to get better at? Have you set a swimming goal yet? Comment and share...

  1. I LOVED SWIMMING TODAY! The goggles were loose for the start and then I asked my instructor to tighten them and she (Paula the green groups teacher) did. From Bianca

  5. So swimming at Clive is all over.... What a fantastic opportunity for the kids to have lessons every single day for those 8 lessons. I bet they all had a great time and got much better in the short time too. I know Bianca really enjoyed it and tells me she is a much better swimmer and can go in the big pool and swim one whole length! Thanks very much Mahora School for doing this!!! Bring on summer!! 1. Thanks for your comment Pip. The school pool is being filled and soon the kids will be practising all the skills learned right here at school. They made such fabulous progress. I was really proud of them all.
